Milky Miracle and Dewy Dream are for every evening. Build up Complexion Care slowly: two or three nights a week for the first two weeks, then every night if your skin feels fine. On the nights you skip it, Milky Miracle and Dewy Dream work well as a routine on their own.

I've never used retinol. Is this a good place to start?

Yes, it was made for that. Complexion Care combines 0.2% retinol with 5% niacinamide and vitamin E to keep it gentle, and Dewy Dream supports your skin barrier on top. A bit of dryness or flaking in the first weeks is normal and goes away. If it doesn't, use it on fewer nights and build up more slowly.

Do I still need SPF in the morning?

Yes, even more so. Retinol makes your skin more sensitive to the sun, so SPF every morning belongs with this routine. Daily Defense with SPF 30 covers that step.

Can I use this with an exfoliating acid?

With Milky Miracle, yes. Its 1% glycolic acid is rinsed off and mild enough to use with retinol. An acid that stays on your skin, like a serum or toner, is better kept for the nights you skip Complexion Care. Using both on the same night is where most irritation starts.
